David Griffith is a Principal at Orazem & Scalora Engineering, bringing a deep connection to the heartland of America to his work. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University, David joined the firm in 2001 and has since played a pivotal role in its growth and success.

Throughout his career, David has made significant contributions to a range of impactful projects. One such project is the Flint Hills Discovery Center, where he played a key role in the design and development of this remarkable educational facility. His expertise in sustainable design and passion for promoting environmental awareness aligned perfectly with the center’s mission to celebrate the unique ecosystem and cultural heritage of the Flint Hills.

Another notable project in David’s portfolio is the Kansas State University College of Business Administration. Serving as a hub for academic excellence, this state-of-the-art facility fosters innovation and collaboration among students and faculty. David’s contributions to the creation of this inspiring space have helped shape the future of business education and empower the next generation of business leaders.

In addition to these achievements, David takes great pride in his involvement in the engineering design of Saint Isidore’s Catholic Church.

A blend of functionality, aesthetics, and reverence created a sacred space that enhances the spiritual experience of the congregation and embodies the values of the Catholic faith.

Beyond his professional endeavors, David finds joy in pursuits such as golfing and upland game bird hunting. These hobbies allow him to challenge himself, connect with nature, and cultivate a well-rounded lifestyle. In his personal life, David is dedicated to his family and actively supports his daughter’s passion for softball.
